Alan Willmes and his assistant Brian have been handling the estate of my father for the past 13 months. It has been a terrible experience.
They have filed paperwork with the court incorrectly on multiple occasions, and then charged the estate for the re-filing fees even though the error was completely their fault. These filing errors have also caused several months worth of delays in the entire process, and of course Willmes doesn't care because he can just continue to rack up fees and pay himself from the estate.
