Trinity destroyed my credit score…read more I went here to get a prescription for safety eyeglasses for the company I work for, I called ahead and spoke to a manager and made sure they would charge me the total amount at the time of the exam and no insurance was to ever be involved, no eye wear was ever purchased. I told the person checking me out, that there was no insurance involved and to charge me the total amount because I had only one time to use the company credit card for this. I was charged $160+ dollars and went on my way; 60 days later I got bill for $80+ dollars, after being bounced from person to person, I was told that "insurance didn't cover the total amount" along with a lot of other nonsense, so I paid the $80+ out of my own pocket. I never had my company's insurance on file with Trinity and have no idea as to why they think I would. 60 days later I got another bill that was bigger than the first two combined, after being bounced around to several people, no one made any sense, just blah blah blah. Trinity could have charged me any amount the first time and it would have been paid by my company but Trinity would rather play the money or your life health care insurance game. Now Trinity has had a bill collector open an account on my credit report, which dropped from 804 to 740. Fortunately for me I have never used credit once in my life or had an unpaid bill until now, so have fun Trinity. The big box store W*****t, currently charges 64 dollars for the same services I received here for over $600 dollars.
