Would not recommend at all. The whole point of this service is to assist with travel (I think), but…read morebooking tickets in advance with them only made things more complicated. They did not send a voucher which we were required to have. They said they sent it via email 12 more times which was not helpful as it never went through. They also charged a premium on the tickets.
