I made the decision to never go back but I should have walked out with my x-rays and records. It is ridiculous how long it takes them to send x-rays or records to another chiropractic office. I have been in pain and had to pay to start over with another practice. They didn't want to adjust without x-rays. Not only did I waste my time and money but I have to suffer waiting on someone to send my x-rays and records and pay to start again. Next time I will read reviews and see how many stars a place has.

Gave them the information when I called, they never said anything then, they never sent paperwork to me, called me at 7:30 pm to confirm my appointment the night before and waited 2 1/2 weeks until I showed up for the appointment that they refused to see me because of the law firm I hired, even after I said we could go through my insurance and would not have to deal with the law firm they refused. I have never heard of a doctor being able to legally do that or been mistreated as badly from a doctors office.
