There was a hiccup as they were assembling it, base upon what the salesman told me, but when I called they had a solution delivered before the installers left. There's two types of businesses when it comes to problems; the kind that blame shifts, and finger points. The other is one that takes ownership, finds a solution, and implements it. They missed several spots where the purlins were not connected to the metal trusses. I called about this and was told they would take care of it. The installation crew supervisor called me and said he'd be there the next week but never came. i had to hire someone to do it so i could get it inspected by the county. there was so much overhang on the roof (Approximately 4"-5") and had to hire a roofing company to cut it down to get gutters installed.
