Hello, I recently had a very positive experience with a process serving company in Westcheser…read morecounty called Westchester Judicial Process that I wanted to alert others about. I am lawyer in Houston, Texas who has never been o New York.I had a complicated insurance-related matter involving 15 different defendants, all whom were doctors working at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla. It was a tough ask as it required a lot of stealthy work . I had two other previous process servers who had attempted this for me and failed, as they were unable to get through the hospitals strict security measures, put there to protect the doctors from ever getting served. I spoke with the Owner who was very considerate as I asked a million questions. He was very confident sounding despite my woes of the past. He assured me that they would absolutely be able to serve these doctors and knew how to bypass the security. I found it incredible to believe, but I let them get to work. He said it might take a little bit of time and gave me a choice as to have this be a rush or standard job,. I chose a rush price and let them do their thing. The Process Server, Christopher made sure to contact me every few days to keep me in the loop. The plan he said was for him to pose as -visiting a patient. He somehow found a list of a few names of some admitted patients. Once inside, he was able to make his way around to the various floors of each doctor. Sure enough about two weeks later he contacted me with great news that each one of the doctors, (!) or their front desk nurses were served on -behalf of the doctors. I was thrilled. I then promptly received 15 Affidavits of Service. This was incredible work and I honestly recommend Westchester Judicial to any lawyer or pro se' Plaintiff who needs a quick thinking clever process server to serve their docs. They apparently do advanced investigative services and people finding as well
