The caller indicated that he was concerned about our desire to protect our hardwood floors when moving furniture . He either has too much work , or he wants customers who don't give a rats ass if his installers do damage to the homeowners belongings . If you don't care about home damage , this is your guy . Otherwise , do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

The same area was carpeted by Cobourg's Home Depot five years ago and the installer was polite and went about his business in a professional manner. The sales staff at Ontario Carpet Supermart were helpful, but couldn't make up for the unprofessional manner of their installer. Won't be shopping here again.
