Without my permission first I explained to them that I did not have a few thousand dollars that I wanted to dump into that vehicle right now I just wanted to get it checked out and figure out what the issue was since the sensors that he was so sure was going to fix it did not. After six months of going back-and-forth in and out of the shop we got a call stating we could come pick up our vehicle when I got there. He said my bill was $750. I was baffled and had two small children who have been fighting and arguing all day so my nerves rattled I had $600 on me and without thinking I asked him if he would take 600 because I was feeling desperate in the moment completely being blindsided by the fact that my bill went from right around $100 all the way up to $750 without a phone call or Any kind of estimate or quote. I still yet have not got an itemized bill even after asking several times for one I still don't know what they have done to my vehicle. They are now holding onto my vehicle until I pay them away. I will not pay for something that I don't even know what I'm paying for.
