Rude, unclear, poor response time, and hard to work with. Renting through them has been nothing but a pain in the ass.

Great Locations - Sales, Management, & Leasing

Really disappointed in Great Locations and the manager, Jennifer and her lack of professionalism. I…read moremoved into my unit at PeachTree lofts in September and have had only poor experiences with the property itself but also with Great Locations and the staff. Upon moving in, the buildings exterior lights were shutting off right after sunset and the entire building was pitch black, creating an unsafe environment at night. I called and spoke with Jennifer and requested the lights be kept on overnight since I get home from work at nearly 4:45am and cannot see anything around the building. I was ensured the lights would be turned back on. It took weeks and multiple calls for the lights to finally be turned back on. However, within a month, once again the exterior lights were shut off, leaving the building in complete darkness. As if this were not enough of a worry, the lack of lighting became a serious security and safety issue when cops were called after a man was caught peeping in the windows of TWO units occupied by girls (myself included). Again, it took multiple calls for the lights to be turned on and each time I spoke with Jennifer she had an excuse. Over two weeks ago, I called in regards to not only the exterior lights being shut off again, but also in regards to the AC in my bedroom not working. I spoke with Jennifer who told me she would get the electrician out to the building to fix the lights and would have the AC company call me to schedule an appointment. A week later, I had not heard from Jennifer or the AC company and the lights were still shut off. I called Jennifer to follow up and was told that the electrician would be out the next day, however, she acted surprised when I told her I still had not heard from the AC company and told me she would call me back right away after talking to them. 5 days after and I still have not heard from Jennifer or the AC company, leaving me to deal with a hot room in the summer heat. The lack of communication is extremely unprofessional and considering I have had to call in regards to the lights at least on four separate occasions, it is obvious that Jennifer does not care about her tenants or their safety. This has been an ongoing issue since I moved in nearly 9 months ago, and there is never a permanent fix. I wish these were the only issues I've encountered, however the list goes on. The parking lot has only 2 guest spots and on three separate occasions I have had to wait in my car for a tow truck to come since visitors parked in the assigned parking spots. On one occasion, myself and three other residents were unable to park our cars due to another resident having a party and refusing to move his guests cars. It took three hours for a tow truck to come and I had to spend the night somewhere else. I called Jennifer on each occasion and it was not until the last call that a generic email was sent out. Additionally, in result of the poor construction of the units at my complex, I can hear EVERY step and conversation from the unit above me. This is no exaggeration, I can make out complete conversations that the gentlemen above me have each day in addition to where they walk in the apartment since the noise carries so easily. Lastly, while there were empty units at my complex, Jennifer chose to show my unit to prospective tenants at all hours of the day. I work nights and asked that since they insisted on showing my unit, tours be given later in the afternoon so I could sleep. Despite this, a tour was given and the leasing agent knocked on my bedroom door and woke me up so the prospective tenants could see my bedroom. On another occasion, I woke up so that a tour could be given, however, after the leasing agent was over 30 minutes late I locked my door and went back to bed only for him to show up with a rude attitude insisting I open the door for him to give the tour. Overall, I DO NOT recommend living at PeachTree Lofts or anywhere that uses great locations as the property management company. My complex is not only UNSAFE but also uncomfortable to live in.

Just replace the boards with actual rot and stick a chunk of wood under one of the support beams. (Literally didn't even nail it down, it's held entirely by gravity) Door rotted off its hinges? Wait 4 days, toss a 2x4 over the offending hole and then replace it with the cheapest metal monstrosity you can find about a week after that. And send the insulting repairman. The contractors they hire constantly leave projects half finished with no time estimates of when/if they'll show up or how long things will take. We've literally had repair show up in the middle of the day unannounced and if we don't hear the door or have stepped out (because we have NO clue they're coming by) we get victim-blamed like its our fault. Garbage support and garbage maintenance. Before you move into any property, be sure to hire an Independent Contractor to make sure the roof doesn't fall down on you from termites. Because they certainly won't warn you.

LIVE HERE IF YOU LOVE MOLD!!…read more If you have health conditions or mold allergies, or if you are perfectly healthy stay away from this place. Living here was a nightmare. And unfortunately took a year plus away from living a normal life. My partner and I were exposed to mold that caused constant headaches, congestion, random illnesses, and breathing difficulties--the list goes on. I repeatedly contacted the office about my concerns, but they completely disregarded them. The only solution they offered was to clean the air ducts for "mildew." Shortly after the ducts were cleaned, our symptoms became much worse, likely because the mold was spread throughout the apartment. We eventually had to contact corporate and explain what was happening, including that I have pre-existing health conditions. Corporate said a professional mold tester would be sent to the apartment. After the testing, the property manager emailed me stating that there was mold growth, but claimed it was "normal." When I asked her to attach the actual test results, she sent another email stating the conclusion showed no mold growth at all. These were two completely contradictory statements. The results themselves showed elevated levels of Aspergillus/Penicillium and the presence of multiple mold types that were not found outdoors, which was used as the control. Despite this, management insisted the mold levels were "not elevated." And It was mostly in the bathroom connected to the bedroom where I sleep and spend half of the day there!! This experience was incredibly frustrating, misleading, and harmful to our health. If you value your well-being--especially if you have allergies or respiratory issues. I strongly recommend staying far away!! Even 9 months out of the moldy apartment I lived in, I am still fighting with health issues. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Living here was disgusting. On the other note THIS APARTMENT IS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE TO BE LIVING IN THESE CONDITION!! Go save money, time and your health by choosing another apartment. UPDATE TO SYNC'S DUMBASS RESPONSE: They are really gonna reply back saying that there was NO mold growth. Look at those disgusting pictures of MOLD in our apartment. And I guess all of my health problems I'm just making up . THE COMPANY THAT CAME TO DO THE MOLD TEST WAS HIRED BY SYNC. So if you have the same problems. GET YOUR OWN MOLD TESTER. They also keep saying that the testers tested NO mold and that's not what the tests or results say. The results say that the mold levels aren't elevated. Which for a normal person you might not feel the effects as much. But I have health issues that they never seemed to care about and made no difference to them. They would not let us resign on our lease the only option was to move to another moldy unit. AGIAN DON'T MOVE HERE. GO LOOK AT ALL THE REVIEWS CALLING THEM FRAUDULENT!!!

He handled everything quickly and efficiently from the start and delivered exactly what he promised. He is very responsive, responsible, and easy to communicate with, which gave us a lot of peace of mind as out-of-town owners. We are extremely happy with the service we've received. We provide on demand pest control, and HVAC air filters for all of our properties, at no cost to you. Rent is collected electronically through a PM software called Appfolio which allows tenants to submit maintenance requests and communicate with us through the software. Owners also have access to the software so they can submit requests, download monthly and annual statements, and communicate with us as well. We try to keep our fees simple and all inclusive, without any of the junk fees that some management companies charge. Our in-house maintenance team can handle most repairs, and at a cost usually significantly less than hiring a third party vendor. But we do have relationships with area vendors if the issue is something our team is not licensed or trained to complete. There are many choices when it comes to choosing a property management company, so we appreciate you considering ours. It's a great compliment when someone trusts us to look after such a valuable asset, and we don't take that responsibility lightly.
