After bringing back the boat we rented before our time was even up the group I was with got accused of having a scratch on the side of the boat($498) Its like the boys working there knew where the scratch was the whole time because they went straight to it...A scratch that you could cover up with a sharpie! We got told to never come back to rent from this marina again by a bunch of teenagers who work there.. They were completely rude, back talking all of us and talking to us like we were 5 year olds! As much as we argued back with these kids, waited around for a cop to come, posting three reviews on their facebook page, making a personal status about this place you would think they should believe us that we didn't make a scratch on the boat..hell we didn't even have an anchor! When we were on the sandbar we had someone on the boat and someone hanging on to the ladder making sure we didn't let boat get away from us or damage it! We also got accused by the manager that we hooked on to some other boat when we were on the water which is not true! For the past 6 months, we have attended the Little Rock RV show, personally visited 7 central Arkansas RV dealerships, talked with numerous dealers as far away as Oklahoma and Louisiana, and done extensive research on the internet. Last week, we bought the RIGHT trailer, at the RIGHT price...at the RIGHT dealership...Razorback Camper Sales in Hot Springs. We now know why they are the oldest RV dealer in Arkansas. Our sales professional John Herron knew he had his hands full with us. He was professional and knowledgeable, helpful...and not pushy or irritating. He knew we walked out of one dealership, and refused to even consider doing business with a few others because of their attitudes, demeanor and pushiness. He was GREAT. Business finance manager Andy gave us good numbers and information to make an informed decision as to pay cash or finance purchase..he even agreed with my PhD in finance and banking analysis of our options. Service manager Randy is exceptionally qualified and familiar with the products and conducted our orientation class. Very helpful. I went in with a chip on my shoulder that was immediately knocked off by an entire staff of people that actually seemed to love their jobs. My salesman, John Jett Herron is extremely knowledgeable about the various trailers, and able to deliver the information without all the smarmy rhetoric I had experienced at dealers from Arkansas to Oklahoma. He listened carefully to my concerns and gave thorough detailed responses, without pushing. The price and extras we negotiated were exactly what I received on the final paperwork...right down to the heavy duty dog screen they installed. The young man who did my walk thru, also named John, was articulate, incredibly knowledgeable and very, very patient with my repeated questions. Everyone has made me feel welcome and encouraged me to call or stop by with any questions, and I have taken them up on the offer. I stopped in to check out this place and see what they might carry. They seemed to have a pretty…read moregood spread of RV's and supply. I learned they also had a service center. I was actually looking for some longer self tapping replacement screws for an incorrectly factory installed part. So, I showed Steve, who took my part to the back while I talked to the one of the other owners, Randy. Apparently, this is a new location and from what I observed it seems to be very well done. Everyone was super friendly and the store has a really nice family atmosphere. Steve came back pretty quickly with my part and told me they had to make a slight modification to fit in the larger screws but everything checked out beautifully and I was able to later reinstall it on my trailer in no time at all. The really cool thing is when I asked what I owed, Randy said not to worry about it. Nice! If I lived in this area and was looking for a new RV or a place to have my RV serviced, I would definitely consider Quality Wheelz as a first "go to".

Called for a mobile RV guy to come check out issues with a slide that wouldn't go out on a Sunday evening. I had already stated on the phone that most likely, the motor of the slide was going out. JB, the service tech, came out quickly and was professional. Confirmed what we already knew that the motor needed replaced...charged us $400 and said that he would let the office know and they would contact Grand Design for the part number of the motor needed and we would hear from them in the next couple days. I called a couple of days later because we hadn't heard from them and talked to Matt in the parts department. He stated he had sent an email to Lippert and Grand Design a couple of days ago with no response. It's now been nearly a 3 weeks without hearing from RV mobile company, no call, no email, no text...I've called twice and every time a receptionist answers that sounds like she's so annoyed to do her job. I lost $400 to this company to do nothing more than confirm what I already knew. At $400 a pop, it shouldn't be my responsibility to call and check to make sure they are doing their end of the job. Watch out this company will happily take your money with no results!
