Pretty sure that's illegal and yes, I have proof of that in black and white. My dad has called several times for help and no one will call back even though they say they will. It takes someone with confidence and who knows the law to rebuttal a plea deal and get all the charges dropped along with taking care of 19 other clients and pleasing the judge and the prosecuting attorney.
