I got a text saying they could do the job the same week I got my quote. This also means there are no ramifications for them, and they are not held accountable for their work practices. Taking advantage of older disabled homeowners is totally unacceptable in my opinion and should be recognized as exploitation. My backyard Willow tree fell on the fence during the storm on night of 8/26/19. Shawn did remove the tree on 9/9/19 and I wrote him a cheque. He advised me to call his friend right away which I did.
