My recovery process went much better than I expected, I was NEVER pushed past what I was comfortable with. Both William and Deanna were very understanding of everything, they let me take breaks as often as I needed and did not mind if it put them at a slight bit of inconvenience. Both physical therapists are very good at making conversation so that it is not an awkward appointment every time. I booked my appointment the night before as I was lucky to have found a time that worked well with…read moremy schedule. I booked with Meredith for a 60 minute massage session. When I entered, staff welcomed me and showed me where the water was and the bathroom. Once it was my time, Meredith met me in the lobby and then walked me back. I told her I was looking for a massage that focused more on my back and feet as that is where my pain was. She started me on my belly and focused on my back. At one point she ended up using hot stones which I did not expect, but it added to the experience. Then she focused on my calves and feet. It was all a good pressure. When I flipped over, she focused on my neck and that helped to provide a lot of relief. The 60 minutes always goes too fast. I felt a lot better leaving my appointment.
