Mrs. Hynes has gone beyond what we ever expect or asked for. We used her for a child custody battle…read moreover 4 years ago and had to hire her again which we had hoped to never need her again, but luckily when we did she remembered us and our previous case. Sharp as a nail, full of so much knowledge, I have so much respect for Danielle Hynes. This time we were dealing with Alienated children that with their mother was able to use DFCS on us. Luckily Danielle protected our family and even allowed us to hug her and cry on her shoulder whenever needed. She has given us advice to help us stay sane and healthy. She fights hard for good people and is amazingly a Lawyer with a heart. We will hopefully never need her again but if we do, we will hire Danielle again. Thank you for all you have done for our family Mrs. Hynes. We can't thank you enough! Mrs. Whitney, Danielle's assistant has been very professional and helpful as well. With their team we felt very safe and loved. Thank you Whitney!

I should've shopped around more for a divorce lawyer before wasting my money on this lawyer. They…read morewouldn't even let me meet her! It was 1 year and 8 months before I even met her. I hired her in June of 2015 and I fired her in March of 2017. It was after I finally met her and she was rude and condescending that I decided to fire her! They weren't doing anything. I changed it ONE TIME in all her lies responding to my reviews in her terrible temper, she said I changed it four times! To what?! I changed it from "Separate maintenance" to divorce in April of 2016 after I found my husband's condoms. ONE TIME NOT FOUR. The office lost papers about our debt that I gave them, they never returned my calls and kept asking for more and more money. Oh we're doing the retirement, that's more. They charged me more because my husband disputed it because they were supposed to ask for alimony and they did not even put that in the papers when they filed them! My husband would not even have had to dispute it. We were married over 30 years and he already told me I'd get half his retirement and the smaller house. When I hired my new lawyer she had to re file the paperwork. This was total dishonesty on Ms Hynes part, I also believe they thought I'd just find someone else and get a job and they were just dragging their feet waiting on me. I changed it ONE time. I was never rude to any of her staff. I even asked her husband/secretary if I was ever rude to him, he said, "No" My new lawyer got me half his retirement, the smaller house all paid for AND alimony until 2028. All that just with mediation not even having to go to court! I even reported Ms. Hynes to the Georgia Bar Association per the advice of another local lawyer, they said I could file a suit against her but I probably won't bother if she'll stop harassing me and trying to remove my reviews! I never yelled at her or anyone at her office. My new lawyer had me do a spread sheet of all the many jobs I've had, applied for and interviewed for. I did a spread sheet of my expenses (Hynes should have had me do this before accusing me of not trying hard enough- she's very proud of herself but she was as my lawyer supposed to be on my side not criticizing me and telling me I should be more like her), after all that work my new lawyer declared I'd be a great personal assistant and I would, after all that's what I was for 30 years.(A great personal assistant wife AND Mom!) I now have a successful home business; two books published and an I'm an Airbnb superhost.

If i could give him 0 stars, i would! he never seemed to know what was going on in the case, documents were never correct, there was always something wrong with the FILED DOCUMENT. during the conversations with my friend (that i sat in on most of the time for support) he was always ARROGANT and RUDE even in court he is the same way, no wonder no one seems to like him. i even tried to convince my friend to find another attorney because i knew someone who worked here years ago. HE CAN'T EVEN KEEP EMPLOYEES!! SHOWS JUST HOW HE IS BEHIND CLOSED DOORS TOO. i mean just a few weeks ago, we tried to call regarding my friends bill and what final documents were needed or what they needed from me and i was told that the paralegal was gone and we had a new one.... well now there's another one???? NOT TO MENTION!! i had a friend who actually worked here years ago and they lied to her about her pay. when she agreed to and was offered by the attorney 15 an hour and when she got her first paycheck it was THREE WHOLE DOLLARS LESS AT 12 AN HOUR!! who does that. their excuse was it's "training pay" which is BS. when someone agrees to and is offered a certain amount, they expect that certain amount... not to mention they only paid once a month which is ridiculous how do they expect people to live off once a month at the end of the month??? on top of this, she was moved to a position she did not want or one she agreed to position wise. they moved her to more work and less pay still when she didn't even have that experience or knowledge. he claims he teaches but he doesn't he throws you into the work and pays very little. that's why she left when the other attorney left too.
