You know, I didn't actually use them; but, if their customer service is anything like their…read morequality, then I would stay away. I was attempting to call my local plumber here in FL. I somehow accidentally ended up dialing these people. The guy who answered the phone was rude and sarcastic. When he learned I lived in FL, he did not tell me I have the wrong number. Instead, he asked, "You want me to drive all the way from West Virginia to FL?" I replied, "No, I obviously have the wrong number," he chuckles sarcastically as I continue, "but your sarcasm is much appreciated." At this point I hang up. Throughout the conversation he kept saying, "Wha? Huh? What?" Absolutely ridiculous. For their poor customer service and their attitude, I recommend finding a plumber in Piedmont, WV whose service orientation is rises to the level of quality customer service.

Working with David Macauley and Jeremy Rhine at Deep Creek Construction was a very positive…read moreexperience. The entire team is clearly committed to high‑quality workmanship and hands‑on customer care. They were exceptionally professional and cost‑effective throughout the process. We first met for an initial discussion about the scope of work (roof repair/replacement). They clearly explained the different options, outlining the pros and cons of each in non‑technical terms, which made the decision process easy to understand. Within a few days of the on‑site visit, we received a detailed quote broken down into clear, easy‑to‑compare options so we could choose the most cost‑effective solution for our needs. There was no hype or upselling--just honest, straightforward recommendations. Once the materials were secured (about a week later), the dedicated project manager reached out to explain what to expect next. He coordinated material delivery, arranged crew parking, and provided a start date along with an estimated completion timeline (weather dependent). The crew took exceptional care in protecting our home and yard from any potential damage. The entire perimeter of the house was tarped to capture debris, and they thoroughly walked the property afterward to ensure nothing was missed. This level of care truly went above and beyond our expectations. Predicated on our experience, we fully intend to engage Deep Creek Construction in future renovation projects. We highly recommend you do the same!

If you want a real down to earth group that gets things done I would highly recommend Deep Creek Construction.
