They communicated with me, but I was under anesthesia, and honestly I don't remember much. However, all of the post-op followup appointments have been wonderful. They are very professional and they have communicated very well as to what was happening and when I would be done. They have a lab upstairs and make the majority of the the dentures right on site. When I went in to have my dentures resized, the same person that made my denture did the resizing! Amazing! You don't get that kind of service from anywhere. I had a temporary bridge break the day before Thanksgiving. I called and they got me in on the same day I called and were able to replace the temporary bridge AND do the prep work for my permanent bridge that same day. I was just amazed at the speed with which they were able to perform the repair and the time spent paying attention to the details. I would highly recommend Angola Dental Center!

My son got his braces off today and I wanted to leave a review in appreciation to Dr. Eric…read more I am VERY choosey about which medical professionals my family sees after too many bad experiences - but Dr. Eric has, literally, some of the best "bedside" manners of any Dr. that I have ever interacted with (second only to a surgeon I worked with who called to check on me while on a vacation 36 hour flight away). Dr. Eric always spoke directly to my son and respectfully asked his permission before even pointing out any areas where improvement was needed (for example, during the consult). He always asked or informed us about what he was going to do before doing it. He never manhandled my son (unlike another ortho in the area we visited prior to selecting ELD). He complimented and encouraged my son, and was always extremely professional and kind. Five stars! Thank you, Dr. Eric, for choosing such a high degree of professionalism.

Dr. Heffelfinger is highly qualified, he is constantly upgrading not only his skills, but the skills of his staff and his equipment. Dr. Heffelfinger recommended a procedure called an overlay.
