well they charged my husband almost $2000 to pull a tooth. And my crown broke so they made a temp crown and attached my partial to it. when I got the permanent crown the clasp on my denture didn't fit. so he broke off the clasp cussing and said just use fixodent to hold it up there. gah!!!! now I have TMJ cuz it doesn't fit. And my husband can't wear his lower partial. so we are finding another dentist. read more

I don't like this place. I have a very heightened fear of the dentist. I had to have a tooth pulled. The Dr was very rude. He didn't even tell me he was going to stab that needle into the roof of my mouth or did he numb that area. I cried so much. He didn't care. I need more dental work but I will not go here. They advertise on their website 125.00 to 240.00 to pull a tooth!! That's a lie. I went there three weeks ago to get a quote on getting 10 teeth taken out. They quoted me 7000.00 dollars! NO LIE $7000 DOLLARS. Before they told me how much they said I needed x-rays, which I already had done a year ago. I had my top teeth removed and a top plate made at that time. It was 3000.00 dollars for everything! Now the exact same place wants $7000 just to pull the bottom! NO PLATE! And before I left they charged me $200 for the x-rays I already had done! And do not be fooled by letting them tell you, you will be better off with false teeth! BULL. You will never chew again. Never taste again. Never eat the same foods again. False teeth are worthless! LOOKS ONLY. And just for a bottom plate with four screws they quoted $37,000 dollars! You can buy a new car for less than that! That place is a joke! read more

Generally good. Several issues such as cost, about 50 percent of the cost will be malpractice insurance and advertising. I paid $45,000 cash. Expect them to present you with an additional bill. Ask for a 5 minute delay while a topical anesthesthetic takes effect. Otherwise they'll stick a needle into your jaw right after the anesthesia is applied. The process is not pain free. Handicapped access is marginal. I recommend looking for cheaper provider. read more

How professional to leave a paying customer in severe pain 9 days after surgery on a Friday after the emergency appointment at 1.p.m. only to make pain worse after denture adjustment.as I reapeat I'm in an 8 pain situation!! Ask for doc says severe irritation And possible infection coming on. I say I am hurt bad...as He seen how painful it must be. Yet nothing for pain but mouth wash and antibiotics which take 2-3 days over weekend. To work for pain. Yet I make it known I am not happy with how I was treated and than I get a call telling me to call the surgeon who did it, because they can not write them for me????? Why did I get my dentures here??? Why??? Once they got my And that surgeon BTW does not work on Friday so what am I to do over weekend but be in terrible pain. Why????? Unexcepatable. This place is a joke. They don't do payment plans, but they do accept care cards. What does that mean for you? Well that's a hefty interest payment added onto your bill. Do not recommend. I was very reluctant to go to the dentist. It had been a decade since I had gone to one. The people at Aspen dental made me feel very at ease! Everyone from the receptionist to the x ray tech and dental assistant to the dentist himself were great! Everyone took time to talk to me and explain any questions I had. Terrible business, avoid Aspen Dental at all costs. Got my wisdom teeth removed in 2019 because they said i needed them out (which i didn't). I paid what they told me i owed and they said insurance covered the rest, come to find out that my dental insurance told them they need to file it through my medical insurance first before they will cover anything. Aspen Dental refused to make a claim through my medical insurance (which would've covered it) since they only work with dental insurances, and never reached out to me to tell me so that I could submit a claim myself. I didn't find this out until a year later when Aspen Dental sent the whole cost of the wisdom teeth removal to collections for me to pay out of pocket. I reached out to my medical insurance and they said they would've covered it but there's nothing they can do now because it would've needed filed within 90 days. I have called Aspen Dental numerous times to get everything figured out and they are literally no help, every time i've been on the phone with them they say their corporate office is who deals with insurance and not their office specifically, then proceeds to say they'll reach out to them and try to figure out what's going on and will call me back, yet they never call back. I would HIGHLY suggest looking literally anywhere else for your dental needs. read more

We were given a guaranteed price for a crown for my wife. What a JOKE! Since the crown we were billed for a fluoride treatment that she did not get, that took 2 months to get off the bill. Then we were sent the check from our Insurance Co. because Aspen Dental used a Out of Network Dentist. So we payed what we thought what was the balance. Now we are told we still owe $38.00. This is Not an honest practice. My husband was told he needed a descaling/root planing and was also told he HAD to have tetracycline plugs to eliminate the possibility of infection. He was NOT told these were not covered at all. After further investigation, I've discovered the their implementation is still controversial within the dental community. So now I have a $720 bill in their regard. But wait - there's more! They ignored my insurance company's pleas for more info. I found I had liason between their office and my insurer's office just to plead to have their staff file the paperwork which turned out to take over 8 months to its completion. As soon as they had the paperwork finalized, I began to pay over $100/mo. After one month of payments, I was turned over to a collection agency. After a payment to them, they sold the debt to ANOTHER collection agency. Following that, it happened twice more! I am now paying the THIRD agency which has changed the address for my payments monthly without notifying me. They hold these checks for over THREE WEEKS and then call and tell me they haven't been paid. Today I called to complain about their tactics and they told me they've CHANGED THEIR ADDRESS AGAIN!! They treat me like a deadbeat even though I've caught them lying to me.(they told me after 3 weeks they hadn't received a payment but when I made that month's payment over the phone AND they promised me they wouldn't cash the previous check since it would cause me bounced check problems, they then cashed that check they lied about not having THAT AFTERNOON!!!) So to recap, they force you into treatments that aren't necessary, aren't covered by insurance, and then treat you like a deadbeat if you don't happen to have $1000 to pay them immediately. Plus - BONUS - they never asked my husband if he had any allergies. His whole family is Very sensitive to tetracycline, several blackened teeth indicate that, and now we have to wait to see what happens to his teeth in response to this. I went to Aspen Dental with a cracked tooth (cracked in half) and they absolutely refused to treat me unless I start a periodontal procedure first, a procedure that would have to be completed every 3 months. I have a cracked tooth that is preventing me from eating normal food, I lost over 5 lbs. is one week because of this, ad they refuse to fix it I was told it was a liability issue. Aspen Dental also charged me for services that were not performed and 3 days later I received a bill. Needless to say, I still have a cracked tooth and can not eat properly, and I can't go to another dentist because I can't get additional time off work. Aspen Dental only wants to force people to have procedures that they may not be able to afford, and it doesn't matter if they need it or not. I would not suggest that anyone use this money hungry joke of a dentist. read more

My entire family goes there now and it's quite amazing. The staff is exceptionally nice and they were kind to me when I admitted that I was afraid to be there. They have been the best dentist experience in Angola that I've ever had so far. read more
