Terrible work. replaced three roofs on three buildings, two of the buildings have leaks, my home…read morehas had two leaks so far. They do not communicate. They show up when they want to and do not let you know they are coming. I was told by the sales person that they are an AMISH OWNED and OPERATED business which usually means good quality work. The owner is amish but the workers were all hispanic and clearly do not understand how to install roofs. They also managed to break some outdoor landscaping lights and flowers on the first day. The facia that they installed looks like a blind man put it on. Incredibly shotty work. I will hire a different company to come make the needed repairs. I will probably seek damages in small claims to recoup the damages. That has been my experience with this company.

I would NEVER recommend Two Men and a Truck. Our contract…read morewith them was for packing our house, storing the furniture and packed items and then moving them back in 8 months later. The estimator totally underestimated the packing time and the number of boxes that would be required. That meant that the movers and truck had to go back to the warehouse with the full truck, store the furniture and packed boxes, get more boxes and come back to our house to complete the packing. That meant additional hours and LOTS more money. Eight months later, when our furniture and items were returned, is when we learned the real problems - not one box had been labeled. Which means that you cannot verify to the movers that you have received everything. BUT Two Men and a Truck make you sign papers releasing them from ANY liability when they have unpacked the truck but before you can unpack the boxes. We lost 2 boxes which contained ALL of our sheets and towels and our dinner plates - Two Men and a Truck refused any settlement. ALSO, pieces of our furniture were damaged: for example, our dining room table was gouged in several places and needs to be completely refinished, and Two Men and a Truck refused settlement because, as required, we signed the indemnity papers as the movers were leaving. Do NOT trust Two Men and a Truck.

Our situation is unique, because the home is in Roanoke, and I am the estate executor living in San Francisco. Jose and the team worked very well with me and my brother, who lives in Columbia City and was the one to manage the estimate and be there for the work. The team was very courteous, prompt in responses, and understanding the situation. My brother says the crew did a really good job, and even suggested some power washing to the roof and siding that we had not considered but made a significant difference to the home's appearance. The team sent me multiple pictures of the results when the project was completed, We are quite happy with the results and recommend Aritas Painting.
