Terrible job, roof leaks, called several times and there " answering service" says they passed my calls on to the owner. I have had other contractors inspect their work, and they cannot believe I was charged for this terrible , shoddy "work". I hired them once in 2014, they were fast on time, good price, and finished the roof in record time. Since then I've had them give me a couple estimates and was waiting to save to pay them off. I finally got the money, called to contract them out and then they dissapeared for an entire year. T So a couple years later in 2017 I saw them at a show and asked them what happened and he said it was a family business and someone died. Ok. So I tried to set up a time. I talked to some guy named Matthew Peterson and he gave me a date for the work to be done, and each time the date came he said they were busy and so he would text me telling me the date would be pushed back. After a few months of texting back and forth he ceased talking to me. Bad business practices. I have also heard they have shafted their subcontractors. This company had several contractors come in to do the job at the MDI YMCA. We are dealing with leaks that they claimed they would fix but haven't yet! The owner Jarrod refuses to call me back about these issues. Why would they! They got paid over a hundred thousand and basically disappeared! I will never recommend them for anything! read more

Prior owner of our home paid this company for a transferring warranty on their roof, we called several times someone finally showed up because roof started leaking. They "fixed" the leak 2 or 3 times, took them forever to answer our calls and emails. Well, leaks are not fixed and now Jarrod the owner is saying warranty was never transferred from the previous owners. His crew crashed into the front of my yard this past winter and did a horrible job "fixing" that as well. Jarrod asked me not to file a claim with his insurance company that he would send a crew back to fix it in the spring. No one ever contacted until we threatened to file a claim. Still trying to figure out that mess and will probably need to hire another roofer. Don't hire this guy. Doesn't call back, answer emails, or do a quality job. ZERO INTEGRITY. read more

Really wish did some research first i dont know how state can even allow this company be in business. Work days consist 3 hr days brand new metal roof leaks jarod is owner matt is apparently guy in charge. After months dealing there crap and and lousy work roof finally looked ok from ground. Recently had heavy rain roof leaked bad puddles in house. Sections of roof literally missing metal because they cut short. All comments ive read here totally agree. We hired Williams Roofing to re roof a property in Old Town. Jared came when called, did an in depth estimate and quoted a fair price. We contacted a few other roofing companies, but they lacked the expertise that Williams has. The job was done in a timely fashion, all materials were as stated in the proposal, and the final price was exactly as we had agreed to. I highly recommend Williams Roofing. read more

Do not let this company on your property! Seriously. We made the mistake of paying in full when the crew said they would be done that afternoon. Job never finished. Owner has never replied. . Different crew of workmen everyday, unqualified workmen on the job. They even showed up without ladders! We had another metal roofer inspect the job and they found other installation errors besides the incomplete work. You will be sorry. read more

Williams roofing accepted a large sum of money from me for a down payment on a new roof. They failed to show up several times and when they did finally show up they left my roof a mess and managed to do such a bad job it leaked in a rain storm and ruined my floors in my house. They managed to do all of this damage within a few days and take my money and run. They refused to provide me with their insurance information. I have since discovered that the business owner and operator Jarrod Williams is known for his bad temper and even has an arrest record related to his bad temper and anger management problems. I encourage you to stay away from this company and spread the word of their incompetence. Google the name Jarrod Williams if you are curious about the details on this mans arrest record. I am out of a lot of money because of this business and have talked to several other people who have had similar experiences. read more
