The receptionists I spoke with were incredibly helpful in connecting me with a private investigator (PI), which ended up being Ashley Wardlow. I spoke with Ashley and she was super helpful in letting me know what my options were, and was transparent in telling me that what I was looking for was something she couldn't offer. I am so grateful that she did not attempt to deceive me or scam me out of my payment! I left with more knowledge about what I could do to resolve my issue, which didn't involve moving forward with Nathan Investigation's services. I know that if I have other needs for a PI in the future, I will be back on the phone with them!

I immediately called Rubenstein Law after getting home from the hospital. I ultimately found out my case had been dropped during an extremely rude and abrupt phone call. The woman informed me (without explanation or empathy) that the firm would no longer represent me and that my file would be sent immediately. That never happened. During onboarding, multiple customer support reps reached out, creating the impression that I'd be well taken care of.. especially considering the $ignificant percentage of the settlement this firm charges. Despite multiple calls, emails, and even a certified letter requesting my case file, I received no response. This level of negligence & disregard for a client's rights is unacceptable from any law firm, especially one that claims to advocate for injury victims. PROCEED WITH CAUTION!
