"The revelation of mishandling the sexual harassment case led to the public revelation of a 2008 incident where English was caught in a sexual act in a parked car with a public defender who had appeared in over 200 cases in his court. The incident was captured on the dash camera of a police car and confirmed by District Attorney Scott Ballard. In 2013, after English retired, the Georgia Court of Appeals ordered that several of his cases required new trials because the original trials were potentially compromised by his inappropriate relationship with the defense attorney. Cases that were retried were significant criminal cases that included charges of armed robbery, aggravated assault, and aggravated child molestation." Not only was he so creepy to that young girl from Survivor for years after, shamed his wife and daughters after cheating on his wife so much, he never went to jail for all his corruption and went on to start this law firm. Since October 31st, despite my repeated attempts to reach her by phone, text, and email, Attorney Walker has not responded. This lack of communication caused important deadlines to be missed, including the timely submission of a court date request that I repeatedly asked her to file. Even after expressing my concerns multiple times, I received no update or guidance from her. Given how critical communication and timely action are--especially in family court cases--this experience has been incredibly stressful and detrimental. Due to the lack of professionalism, lack of communication, and the negative impact on my case, I would never recommend Attorney Walker to anyone seeking dependable legal representation.
