The services provided were at a moderate price and scheduling was easy. I started with a retainer, braces, retainer again and ended with Invisalign. The office was always easy to schedule and quick to return, they also offer texting to schedule which is really convenient. The best part of my experience was paying for my Invisalign in one lump payment and then being able to freely come in as I needed. Also, the appointments were quick and to the point. I got all my questions answered and never had any issues!

I was really impressed that the first visit was FREE with no contract, and they do a state-of-the-art exam with full and thorough x-rays as well as photos. They then give you options (which for my daughter was metal braces, ceramic braces, or Invisalign). Office is large and clean with a TV in the waiting room for the kids. I was worried about cost, but with a down payment, they then offer monthly payments that are very manageable. Most of the hygienists (most of the people who work there, by the way, are young, attractive, and blond - as an HR person I can't help but notice these things) are very good and very nice. I am also very pleased with how quickly my daughter's teeth are changing. Appointments are generally quick and easy. Cons: some of the staff/people who work there could be friendlier. It can be hard to get an appointment when you want one; they book up quickly. All in all, we recommend this place. I'm considering going through the process myself when my daughter is finished!

I left early for my appointment in the uber, but was stuck in terrible traffic and said I would be 20 minutes late. 20 minutes went 5 minutes over the grace period and was told I had to reschedule. Every time I come in the office an orthodontist is telling someone to squeeze someone in the schedule, but that never is the case with me. I asked to get switched to an Illinois location and was told I can't do that because all offices are independent, but I talk to an Illinois worker when I make payments. This was very distasteful. You could've at least told someone I wasted $60 one way going to the place and $40 to leave Mo. I wasted $100 because I would've been 5 minutes over the grace period. I now have to wait a whole month just to get rescheduled. I'm at the end of my braces journey and regret having them do my service. I never get calls for canceled appointments like I request.
