While searching for a new home, I contacted every local Estate Agent to be added to their mailing list (quicker than looking on Rightmove). Out of all of them this branch of W H Brown, in particular one member of their staff, could not have been more helpful. I received daily updates by email on properties in the area I was looking and at least 3 times a week a telephone call to discuss my requirements and update their system with any changes. This member of staff was friendly, professional, polite and showed empathy for the situation I was in - the need to find somewhere quickly as I had sold my present home and time was ticking. Never rent a property through them, they promise you everything will be sorted on a property. They are clever as never send you anything saying so in writing, then on moving day you find out nothing is done and property is dirty with non of the jobs promised done.
