We have been treated by all of the Doctors in Alder Family Dental. Dr. Martin is our primary…read moredentist, and though I refer to her in this review, my comments apply to the entire staff, they all bring a level of precision and skill to every procedure that immediately puts you at ease. From routine cleanings to more complex treatments, each visit feels seamless and worry-free. They are always on time for our appointments and genuinely happy to see us. Their ability to explain dental health in clear, understandable terms makes you feel honestly informed and a real partner in your dental care decisions. It's refreshing to find practitioners who combine technical excellence with such genuine clarity. Walking into their office feels like being welcomed by a close friend rather than a healthcare provider, and over time they do become close friends. The entire team takes time to learn your concerns and tailors each appointment to your comfort level. Dr. Martin listens intently, addresses every question, and adapts treatment plans so they fit your lifestyle and budget. That thoughtful human touch turns a routine visit into a very positive experience. The moment you step into the practice, you realize this is no ordinary dental office. Digital imaging, ergonomic chairs, and gentle laser technology all underscore Dr. Martin's commitment to cutting-edge care. Cleanliness and organization shine through every corner of the clinic, reinforcing confidence that you're receiving top-tier treatment. It's a space designed to reduce anxiety and showcase innovation. Standout Qualities * Warm, friendly staff who remember you and greet you by name. * Pain-management techniques, including the latest in sedation and laser dentistry * Thorough follow-up calls and reminders to ensure your healing stays on track. Like to receive a call after your visit? They always followup. * Transparent pricing with financing options that remove stress from budgeting for care. The staff works hard to find the best solution for your money. Choosing Dr. Patti Martin has been the best decision for our dental health. Their flawless blend of expertise, empathy, and innovation makes every visit a breeze and leaves us confident in maintaining a lifetime of healthy smiles. We recommend Dr. Martin and her staff to anyone seeking a dentist who truly elevates the standard of care. Denny and Jeanne

Almost speechless, but not speechless enough to bypass a review…read more I'm a new patient, or was. Went in for x-rays and was told the doctor was too busy to see me but he looked at my x-rays and things look fine. Are you kidding me? They made an appt for a cleaning because they only do x-rays separately? Wtf? Came back for cleaning and was made to wait almost 20 minutes. The hygienist asked how often I get a cleaning. I said once a year. I try to take good care of my teeth so this is never an issue and my insurance covers once a year. She said well if you did every six months you'd make my life a lot easier. Again, excuse me? I asked her if my teeth were really bad or something and she said if no no I could see patients like you all day long. Well then why the comment? Then she said I should pay the extra $100 and do cleanings every six months. I said I would come back in six, why not. Kind of awkward discussion so I agreed to move on, knowing I could reschedule whatever I wanted later. After awhile the dentist came in. First time ever seeing him yet he didn't say hello, introduce himself, or ask me how I was, etc. All he did was stick his fingers in my mouth and tell me I need a night guard due to an old grinding habit I had. I told him I don't grind anymore and he argued that I couldn't know cuz I'm asleep and I explained no I used to and wore a guard and my dentist determined I no longer needed it. He was just a dick about it. Obviously wanting the money for a new one, I'm not stupid. He left abruptly after that and whistling said goodbye to all the staff since it was half day Friday. So unprofessional. The Hygienist said, do you mind if we finish the periodontal part of your cleaning next time? I'm running out of time. I was shocked. Ummmm I guess?! Has anyone ever heard of this? Was I interfering with half day Friday and her pedicure appt or did she think it'd be only 6 months ago that can wait? This place is ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN.

My mother comes to this establishment for her care. I would not recommend due to the rudeness of…read morethe woman I spoke with in claims. Aside from the fact that there are differing stories as to what performed on my mother. Although billed to Humana as regular! I am very familiar with HIPPA and do not need to be lectured or spoken to about the "laws" regarding HIPPA. I was on the phone WITH my mother and was told I could not even speak. There are ways of handling situations to where they do not escalate and this person needs to a lesson or two on this as I was getting ticked! Word of advice-if you have an elderly parent that receives services here-go to the appointments with them so you are fully aware of services performed!!!!! I also did not appreciate how my mom was spoken to by some of the staff-rude and disrespectful. We are not returning and looking for another provider. This review is for Dr. Gantz and his office.
