Of course, a lot of private health businesses are forced to sell to big box health. Its not been the same since the sold to My Eye Dr. There is a check-out woman who is very rude in my opinion. There is another employee, his name is Christian, and he is a delight to deal with. In my opinion, the patients' should not have to sit back down and wait to check out. If you check in at the front desk, you should be able to check out there as well. Anyway, nothing is impeding me from mentioning issues to the doctor herself, but I avoid it because she is busy plus I only go there once per year.
