When their pediatric dentist recommended future orthodontic treatment, I scheduled a consult with Dr. Ibrahim since the office is very close to my home. The office staff was very friendly and accommodating. My boys were instantly satisfied as they got to check out a Nintendo ds and countless games during the visit. Upon meeting Dr. Ibrahim, I knew we were in the right place. She gave off those warm and fuzzies. In addition to being extremely caring, she was attentive to my boys and explained in detail possible treatment and outcomes. Fast forward almost a year later and my sons smile and bite has changed dramatically. My other son is also about to start treatment as I totally trust Dr. I and her staff. I am confident that my kids are receiving excellent orthodontic care and not the frightening ordeals I had to encounter as a child.

I will update as time goes by. However, so far there have been some issues…read more We are seeking a consult at Innovative Orthodontic Center to correct what another provider at a completely different practice did wrong. First, this location is only open one day a week. ONE day? Next, they have very nice staff. However, they have you download an app called Dolphin to help with future communications and never answered any of our questions through the app. When I finally was able to call the other location to clear up why, she said we needed to call the Shorewood location ( but again its only open ONE day). We were never contacted. We had to call to make a follow-up appointment. My husband had JUST finished his second failed refinement with the other provider. He was told he will now need $6500 ADDITIONAL work!!!!!!! This is no fault of Innovative Orthodontic. But, I will update after transferring his case. **Make sure you get any Invisalign done by Certified/Licensed Orthodontists. Apparently there are NO Orthodontists on staff at Invisalign... if a regular DDS wants to take a 4 hour class, they can then dispense Invisalign and treat patients. This is NOT comparable to the YEARS of training an Orthodontist like the very qualified specialists at Innovative go through!!

They've also done damage, as the newest add on Dentist C.Albert has missed professional diagnostics, causing loss of a vital tooth , following her painting on a grimey "cavity preventer " that lasted for weeks like superglue, and may have leaked into the root of a perfectly fine tooth destroying it beyond help. And/or had not noted the damages on X-ray because they only have "the minimum standard required" according to the practice owner Dr. G. Orland. Also neither expressed care or concern when it went crisis level, was beyond angry when asked for help, violated patient confidentiality and refused to reimburse my expenditures that were charges for DUPLICATION of services. If you've told them you know you have a fractured tooth and they say come in we can help, but then say they cannot, charge you highly, then send you out to one super expensive facility, and then another for another procedure, ending up paying for the same diagnostics over and over, yet left in severe pain, infection and distress. Not to mention, the referring practice said thus dentist didn't see the issue with their two dimensional X-rays. "The required minimum"! Not good enough. Little guy has several cavities and is sent out as well, again, they're not equipped. They complain being short of dentist help, easily frustrated yet the hours are cherry handpicked! No weekends, an occasional eve hour and NO FRIDAYS! Save yourself grief, chose an all encompassing, professional practice.....one wonders if they trained on google or AI....sad....so you end up spending thousands to get repairs that should have never happened and refuse to reimburse any

I am so incredibly grateful that we did. Not only did Dr. Algenio take time out of his vacation over the Fourth of July holiday to call us personally, but he was also able to save my daughter's tooth when the previous dentist had planned to pull it. He had her completely taken care of in the same amount of time we had already spent waiting just to get her in to be seen by the other dentist. Dr. Algenio takes the time to explain everything in a way that helps you feel informed and comfortable as a parent, and he was able to handle a scared, screaming toddler quickly, calmly, and with so much care. OSD could not retrieve fragment even after multiple attempts by both hygienist and Dr. Doebler. OSD referred me to periodontist friend who also tried repeatedly but could not remove fragment without removing # 15 molar which fragment is lodged under, causing further dental complications for me. Through communication from periodontist's office, OSD is offering to pay for the removal of the molar tooth but not complications resulting from the removal which is only necessitated by OSD's failures.
