The seats were incredible and we had a fantastic view of the stage from the left centre orchestra. When I looked up, I was surprised to see that the hall appeared bigger than the TSO. There were multiple decks of seats and many people could fit into the venue. The employees were all very friendly and the beverages were well priced. We found it challenging to park in the area due to all of the traffic and one way streets but once we found the entrance to the hall (we first went in the wrong door) it was a pleasant experience to the very end. I noticed people dressed up more for the symphony here than they do in Toronto, which is an interesting observation. Would we return? Absolutely!

The education programs and classes are well run and led by local professionals. There are several spaces in and around the theatre for classes and performances including a large theatre, black box theatre, and multi-classroom space across the street. I've even seen several outdoor site specific performances. Theatre Aquarius has served as a hub for the Hamilton Fringe Festival and is a wonderful creative place for community. Can't wait to see and experience more.

It was a wonderful incredible show!! We were so impressed with every aspect of the show; the lighting, the stage sets, the music, actors, singing and dancing productions; the entire show was amazing. In this day and age of techno mumbo jumbo entertainment; it is truly refreshing and uplifting to watch a production put on by such a wonderful group of entertainers. As I watched the production, I got the overwhelming sense that each and every performer was truly passionate about the performance. They absolutely loved what they were doing and this enthusiasm truly contributed to making this production an absolutely wonderful experience for everyone involved; from the entertainers to the production staff, the musicians and theatre staff and of course for us the audience. I will certainly be watching for future productions that I want to see with my family and buying tickets again. Thank you to everyone at Theatre Aquarius for a beautifully memorable evening!! I look forward to my next show. :)

We rented this beautiful venue for a small wedding reception (40 ppl including children). It was…read moreperfect! There is a lounge with a bar, auditorium with a large stage (obviously) and siderooms, including a kitchen. They were very accomodating, helping us set up the day before with tables and tablecloths, letting us decorate any way we wanted (except with sequins/sparkles, they're too tough to get rid of), and provided bartenders so we could have a cash bar. There are red carpets and nice furniture in the lounge, and comfortable chairs in the auditorium for people to sit down and eat and socialize. The kitchen can be accessed from the back which was perfect for the caterers. The only negative thing was when one of the ladies who were there to help us set up mumbled that what I (the bride) wanted to do with the champagne toast was "tacky", which I DID NOT need to hear at that moment (or ever), other than that everything and everyone was great. Oh, and the price was right too.

So to be fair we came here on opening night with a group of 20 (10 adults and 10 kids). They did…read morereally well. The kids food came out as quick as possible and once my rib came out it was delicious. The atmosphere is really chic and trendy, so fresh you can still smell the paint. Acoustics and seating are very good , snack bar a handy plus for intermissions (and the prices are reasonable), and the coat check volunteers deserve the donations. A Burlington gem. I've had several fun nights at Levity seeing friends in shows. You go up a glass elevator that…read morelooks out into the street up to a funky bar and lounge with amazing vintage decor. There are tons of record covers, vintage toys and rock and roll memorabilia - great vibe. In the back is the theatre space with tables for guests so they can drink and dine throughout the show. They've got it down to a science. Wait staff take orders before and during the show and restock drinks and even check you out / close your tab before the show ends. A few of us shared chicken quesadillas and double chicken wings with 2 kinds of sauce which were all very good. They've got made to order cocktails, beer and cider as well as canned cocktails. I heard on amateur night the wings are half off. A few of my friends have taken the classes and really enjoyed them. I've enjoyed seeing them and their classmates nail their class shows. All of the comedians I've seen at Levity have been very funny in they own unique way. The Día de los Muertos show tonight was a beautiful night of music, storytelling, comedy and remembering and honoring our lost loved ones. Edith Chavez hosted and curated the evening.
