Great people who know every item in this store and are happy to help you find some odd sized chrome screw or a paint for vinyl. They not only can find it, they have it to find. This 5 minute drive saves the big drive to the nearest box store. More than once the box store did not have what I needed and the store worker says I should try the 'other' hardware store. And they were right. Now I start here and save myself time, money and frustration. You would ot think that you could get excited about a hardware store but when in need this is a great resource in the neighborhood!

She had all 3 of my pants altered in a few days for a reasonable price ($10 each). The job was just ok. It wasn't even, and on one pair of pants, there was a cut on the leg and they put a patch on the underside- and no one told me they accidentally did it. I found out when I got home. Would have been nice if they told me, or even gave me a credit, but I am going to go with the idea that they forgot. Not a big concern, as they were just lounge pants. Also, I'm guessing they are very busy, as I saw a lot of people coming in- wedding season and prom and things like that. I have had pants altered here before, and they did a great job, so it may just be timing. One thing... I was told that I would be charged a $3.50 convenience fee for using my credit card. Since I didn't have cash, I had no choice. Also, you have to spend at least $10 there or they won't accept a card payment. I would return again if I needed something altered. However, I may take them somewhere else if I needed perfection.

While dropping off a bag of donated garment, I was approached by a rude and obnoxious employee that insisted on yelling at me for dropping the bag in the wrong bin (an honest mistake). She insisted on being extremely combative with me even though I told her I wasn't sure where the proper drop off was supposed to be. She was extremely rude and had no remorse for her terrible attitude. I treat people with respect, and I would hope that someone in customer service would do the same, especially when someone is trying to donate to charity. Their space isn't huge, but they offer a wide variety of items, including wall art, all sorts of glassware, small appliances, and furniture.
