I could really just stop at "Will was amazing." We sold our home with Will first while simultaneously looking for a new house with him. Three months after we sold, he helped us purchase our new one, and the process from start to finish has been great. Always available to talk if needed. Always there to help fix problems that come up. We actually met with him about 1.5 years before we knew we were going to sell. We wanted to do a walk-through of the house and get his opinion on what projects we should focus on in order to maximize selling potential and profits. His guidance was thorough and spot on! We focused money where it was needed, and skipped it where it wasn't. We followed his plan, and the results were amazing. His team helped stage our house, photographed it, put it out on social media, etc. Our house went on the market and 4 days later we were under contract, with an offer well above asking. When I was feeling overwhelmed and unsure of making such a huge decision on a new house, he was there every step of the way, making sure we were really making the decision we felt was right for us, giving us support, guidance, and being totally prepared to back us out of the deal if we didn't feel ready. As a former Naval officer I've moved a lot. I've bought and sold 5 houses in the past 10 years so I know the drill and what most realtors and realty companies bring to the table. Hometown Properties was recommended to me by a family member to use as a realty company to help me sell my house. In March, I contacted Will for an initial discussion and within a matter of 3 days, we were sitting down and discussing the house. I am planning to get married in Oct and wanted to place the house on the market before getting married. So, we placed the house on the market in mid May...on a Friday. Unbeknownst to me, I did not think that within 4 days of being on the market that I would have multiple offers. And, within 30 days after accepting a contract, that I would be going to settlement. I can't think of one bad thing to talk about Will. As a realtor, he really considers the job as his passion and performs very professionally. My fiancé and I closed on our house together on May 9th with the help of Will Stein and his Belair Realty team.
