I was always told, "Oh, someone will be out." Never showed up. Long story short, we had to end up going through with another construction company, who did an amazing job and made Zena look like amateurs. I do not recommend Zena Construction based on my experience with the company. Maybe they have other employees who do a fantastic job, but Jose was in charge of my project and did HORRIBLE. I most definitely plan to use them in the future.

The septic company said the lift pump wasn't working because the GFI outlet had been underwater during the hurricane. I called Matt at Outlet Electric based on the previous review on Yelp, first company I spoke to also. I told him I wasn't in a hurry to get the plug replaced but needed him to come take care of it some time. He volunteered to come out right away if I really needed it. I said no and booked an appointment later. His guys were timely, very nice, extremely professional and got the job done quickly. I received an email invoice that was very fair for the work done and the travel time required to get to my house. I like to work with local people, these guys are local to me. My impression was that these guys know what they are doing and are professional. I would highly recommend their services!!! They just seem to be good regular people trying to do a professional job at a fair price.
