Once again thankyou Candace and everyone at Jonathan Calhoun/ State Farm Insurance.

I've been very disappointed with the handling of my State Farm claim through Rob Cutter's agency…read more The inspector did not enter the crawlspace, even though it was central to the moisture and mold issues I reported. My claim was denied, and after I raised concerns about the incomplete inspection, the same inspector was involved again. In my experience, communication was poor, and I do not believe the investigation was thorough. This has left me questioning the experience and qualifications of the people assigned to evaluate my claim. I strongly suggest anyone considering State Farm carefully review the policy's coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures before purchasing. When you need to file a claim, you expect a thorough inspection, clear communication, and a fair evaluation. I do not feel I received that.

I had my health insurance plan changed by another previous agent/agency without my permission, and…read morewas in a battle between the marketplace and the insurance company. Thank goodness I found this company; Connette was able to find the cause of my benefits changing, and stayed on the phone with me and the Marketplace to get it corrected, as well as making sure that my correct policy and benefits would be available. She is reporting the fraud for me and will be following up to help me get the benefits backdated. It is rare these days to find someone who will not only really listen to the facts and dig deep into a situation to find the cause, but go out of their way to help you. This company has your back. Thank you, Connette, from the bottom of my heart!
