October 2nd, 2026 It appears they are so corrupt that they even paid Yelp to delete my previous comments. I am reposting them for the sake of the public interest. After almost 6 months, the Tribunal Administratif du Logement still refuses to designate a hearing date, which is absolutely outrageous. At this point, there should be some sort of intervention by competent legal authorities and the contraventions of the legal codes and the Charter should be public knowledge.
June 17th, 2026 Apparently, my previous comment about Wilkar Management and the Board of Directors of the Syndicate of No. 1 Wood Avenue was too flattering. Not only did they defraud the registry of the syndicate to show that I am not an authorized resident, leave instructions with the concierge to bar me from entering my principal residence and instruct their lawyer, Martin Côté of Robinson Sheppard Shapiro S.E.N.C.R.L. to formally advise me that the property is located within an autonomous region exempt from Canadian and Quebec civil law, they also leveraged their connections to a dastardly network run by a renegade Montreal "police officer" who orchestrates the classified criminal convictions of some 7000 Canadian citizens, those who possess incriminating information about public officials, per year to bribe the Master of Roles at the Tribunal Administratif de Logement (TAL) to suspend my hearing which was classified as urgent. The TAL is currently scheduling hearings for submissions dated the 1st of June whereas my claim was submitted six weeks prior. This network, which includes the Minister of Public Safety, the Commissioner of Police Ethics, the former mayor of Montreal, the head of the Westmount Branch of the Police Department, GARDA, the Director of Human Resources at Securitas Montreal, the Management of the St. James Club in Montreal among many, many others deploys the latest surveillance technologies purportedly prescribed for law enforcement for the purpose of committing fraud, cybercrime, stalking, issuing false official reports and targeted acts of domestic terrorism directed at law-abiding citizens. In addition, they hire recent immigrants and refugees to aggressively follow the individuals that they target. Because of Wilkar's negligence, I have not been able to leave my residence for two months. Even our ancestors who lived four thousand years ago would have realized that this is unethical. In the same manner as the other members of the rogue network, they attack without provocation. There is absolutely no need for this as I only act in self-defense. This matter truly warrants the initiation of a Commission of Enquiries.
May 17th, 2026 This property management company deserves a negative-star rating, as it openly ignores the civil code, especially Article 1936. I lived at 1 Wood Avenue for several years while running two federally incorporated businesses, yet they altered the Syndicate's registry to make it look like I was just an occasional guest. They even instructed the concierge to block my entry, creating unnecessary hassle. I plan to seek damages, as I was evicted before my hearing with the Housing Administration Tribunal. This company clearly disregards both civil and criminal law and should face regulatory action. The Syndicate of 1 Wood Avenue has a history of violating residents' rights. Absolutely disappointing. read more
