My son and I had beautiful and scenic rides for 3 days. Went overlooking the valley on the first day and down to the river and in the river the second day. We ate our packed lunch by the river. The last day was Sunday and we rode through the enchanted forest and through a small creek to church. AWESOME experience and great food is all I can say. You really should go to b see the great people at the Tennessee dude ranch. Owners Chris and Tammy are on site which means a lot to me to show that they care.

Granddaughter was visiting while on her spring break and wanted to go trail horseback…read moreriding--again. We found this stables close to our house. When we called to check on times, we were told that at this time, trail rides were no longer being offered but could come experience what was called arena games. Glad we went. It gave her the opportunity to ride and do things I don't think she would have thought you could do on a horse. Sam was our instructor and she was patient with all of us. The horses were easy to work with and made the time go quickly. Will definitely keep them in mind and contact them when/if daughter wants to go riding again.

I just got her new driving harness today! She's been using my Fjord pony's but its black & I wanted brown to match her plus this new one fits her perfectly... just tried it on her in the stall cuz its raining. I love her SO much! She's so sweet and calm and gets along great with all her barn mates. Shes gone up in the hills by the Hollywood sign twice and I ride her on the trails and arena. She goes English, Western and is so much fun bareback. I love just jumping on bareback with a halter and lead rope and walking around. Shes so good. She had fun when the arenas flooded... stomping in the puddles. Her mane and tail are growing and her mustache is growing back... shes like a little fairy. Her hair and feather is beautiful. She loves driving. Shes too tiny for my big carriage so I got her this Governess Cart that was made in 1898 supposedly. I restored it and as soon as I get some pics of her in it, I'll send them. Its just perfect for her! I'm making a video of her doing all different disciplines... will finish it and send it too. I couldn't have gotten a better Gypsy...she's given me so much joy. She let me ride her horse ~ "Faith" she was a sweetheart They have 7 horses to choose from based on your style of ride. The Farm Owner is so cool, just a perfect gentleman and loving guy ~ Harold, who came along for the ride and showed me his place. 175 acres of Tennessee's finest land tucked away in the back mountains with Black Angus grazing the land, oh and one special brown Jersey named "Amy" Breath taking views, 2 ponds with a really cool tree forest next to them. I got the blessing of having both Jess and Harold to guide me giving me the lay out of the land. Horses were great, beautiful animals because of course Jesse takes care of them like their her babies They do events there too - weddings, church services, family gatherings due to the beauty of the place. I recommend this place and will go back. There's nothing like being around folks who you feel like you've known for years - that's Jesse and Harold Lastly, the charge was $30 bucks for an hour which beats all of the rest big time and Jesse went over the time too on the trail ride.
