I went to this Dental office for the first time this morning and was met with very kind and…read moreaccommodating receptionists and dental hygienists. However, when the Dentist came in to let me know I had SEVEN cavities, I was completely taken aback. My last dental checkup was 6 months ago, and I only had a small cavity at that point. Once my appointment concluded I asked the receptionists to send me my X-rays. I then visited with my regular Dentist at Brisebois, and they said and I quote, "I don't know what that Dentist was looking at, but it couldn't have been from these scans". He assured me we would fill the one tooth that was bothering me non-invasively and sent me home. I find this urgency to tell people they have cavities and to get them filled when they are possibly non-existent is malpractice and unethical. I can only imagine how many people have come to this office and been completely lied to and scammed. Drilling into a tooth should be an absolute last resort, and the Dentist here should not be practicing if she is that money-hungry. I am appalled, to be honest. I wish that anyone who comes here goes to another office for a second opinion because I can assure you it will be a very different response. Find yourself a dentist who doesn't want to destroy your teeth, and cares about your health and long-term wellbeing

They had the…read moresame amount of scaling done on the second visit, yet they were billed for twice as many units and now have none left on their coverage for the year. But the worst part is that the person who did their cleaning was so rough on their gums by their wisdom teeth that they have been in pain for a few days now and it's affecting their life quite a bit. I was hoping it was just sensitivity from the cleaning but it just seems to be getting worse days later. They had no pain in that area prior to this visit. But now they have no more coverage because of the excessive charge on the visit that caused them the pain. So I'm not too sure what they are going to do and it's concerning. Especially since they are hurting so badly.
