I asked a friend for a recommendation and they suggested Alias The Buman. I called right away and spoke to a very helpful lady who answered all my questions. After booking an appointment for a couple days later I received a text reminder of my appointment. The appointment was only a two hour window. If I recall correctly they showed up 15 minutes into that two hour appointment. Cody came out and was really polite taking off his shoes even though I didn't ask. He asked a few questions and told me how ants get inside and what he was going to do to help solve my problem. He patiently let me explain all my concerns and assured me things would work out. He sprayed a safe application inside and out all around my condo unit. Letting me know if we saw any more ants in the next 7-10 days he would be back out for free. I noticed an improvement immediately! By the next day the number of ants we saw was drastically decreased and by day 3 we did not see any ants. As of this review we are almost a week in but I am totally happy with the service. How long it lasts is to be determined but he did tell me to expect this to keep things under control for a couple months. Great people to work with and they were very up front with what they will do and what I can expect from their service.

Within the week they had a technician to our house. Appointment could have been sooner had my partner and I's work schedules allowed. Part of the treatment involved coming into our home, so one of us needed to be present. There's also a 2-hour arrival window, so you, the client, must be flexible. The technician arrived and treated the problem areas. We've been spider free since (about 3 weeks). The cobwebs were getting to be a bigger problem than the spiders and we haven't seen many since he left. Alias also completed a pest inspection for us before we moved into our home this spring. Neither the North Liberty or the CA post office want to do anything concerning the theft that occurred. I am out sixty dollars but I have learned my lesson. Do not mail anything via USPS because they do not care if your items are stolen or never arrive and they do nothing to fix the situation. I was given the runaround and told to call the corporate headquarters and then told to call the local post office to no avail. The local post office said because a package was delivered on time, there's nothing that they can do about it. So unless you purchase their ridiculous insurance (as though I am supposed to somehow account or be responsible for the screw ups made by the post office), the package you send could in theory be opened, replaced and even though there is absolute conclusive evidence that shows that the package was tampered with, "there's nothing we can do about it," is the response you will get. Corporate told me that "they'd look into it." That's another way of saying don't call us anymore until we call you, if we call you at all. Popcorn doesn't grow heavier with time. I understand that you don't need a PhD to work at the post office but seriously, I ship out a 4 pound box, and the receiver receives a 10 pound box (he was there immediately to receive the package); let's see 10 pounds minus 4 pounds, after the intense algebraic formula calculation; it can be gathered that there is a 6 pound difference that happened between North Liberty and CA. I didn't get as much as an apology for my package being tampered with and stolen. Show some accountability or just be honest and warn your customers that their packages run the very probable risk that they will be tampered with and stolen, and that insurance in highly recommended.
