They were not thorough. Still have an open cone on the roof, months after their initial visit, which has not seemed to help. When we called for them to come back out they simply reopened the area they previously opened up(did absolutely nothing different even though it was unsuccessful the first time), although there were bats clearly in a different area... which are still there... in addition to still being inside the roof. Have received no folllow up . Disappointed, out of the money spent and still experiencing the same problem as when I called them. The job WAS NOT COMPLETED. There is still an OPEN CONE attached to my roof! This is poor customer service, and a poor job plain and simple. read more
