Necessary with the humidity and heat wave we are in. Our repairman Fate was professional and did quality work. Serviced the entire air conditioning and fixed all that he found wrong! He was efficient and did not try to add additional costs onto the repair. Having someone wear protective footwear and gloves to not leave fingerprints on the walls was a small gesture that goes a long way. We will use them again and will be doing a regular maintenance plan with them.

DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR! After receiving a very competitive bid for their services, and a…read morerecommendation from a family member, I went with them to replace our 20-year old heat pump with a new one. They gave me a 100% parts and labor guarantee. We immediately began having problems with the air not cooling enough. Carl (one of the Smith brothers) told me that, "It's just Georgia; they don't really cool too well." He then checked the unit, told us that it came from the factory with too much freon, and drained some off. A week or so later, he was back, installing another drop and vent in the hallway to aid in the cooling. Keep in mind, the old unit always cooled the house completely (when it worked!). Nothing he did was sufficient. I finally had to call another company, who instantly saw that the fan blower setting was too high, moving the air too fast across the cooling coils, and not allowing it to get down to the right temperature. Oh, and they had to add all the freon back in the system, at a cost to me of $375. When I asked (very reasonably) for Smith Brothers to make good on the money, they stopped responding to me. Don't let these guys into your house!

No more feeling that our new house was not clean!!!!…read more Being new to the area and asking around all the "locals" said to call Dirt Eliminator!! Polite conversation on the phone, even when I was in a dead cell spot! Scheduled a convenient time for me to get the carpets cleaned. An estimate was given on my idea as to how dirty the carpets were....(I am guessing they had not been cleaned for years...!!!). They arrived early and had no problem helping us move the things that we were still moving for them to get a deep clean. They gave a good look and did a few prespots and began the process of getting years of things out of the carpet. VERY VERY meticulous in getting the edges and especially the high traffic areas. The carpet looks almost brand new. Special care was given in the closets in which the big machine could not go into. Polite, professional, expert in their area and most importantly they did not try to sell us on products and other services that they could offer. They listened to our needs and met them!!! I would definitely recommend them to everyone. So nice to now be able to walk into the house and not have lingering odors, and actually being able to walk barefoot and not feel as if my feet were getting covered with who knows what!!!
