Now I can see how they were going for a gimmick marketing play here but they missed some elements. The restaurants and businesses here offer nothing French I saw and nothing that resembles New Orleans French Quarter. Panani Pete's offers Italian Panani sandwiches so this seems more like the Italian Quarter. Now parts of the New Orleans French Quarter were known as Little Italy or Little Palermo during the late 19th and early 20th Centuries as so many Sicilian immigrants lived in the French Quarter so maybe the theme is back to that era? The HUGE missing elements here are that they have no ability to allow you to carry your booze about everywhere like properly civilized humans should and they force closing times without any 24/7 establishments serving libations as a joy focused culture should. So I just don't get any sort of French Quarter vibe or joie de vivre required for a place to claim French Quarter status. Perhaps I'm missing something?

Welcome to Fairhope's French Quarter. Ahh, this little slice of heaven is in the middle of the beautiful little town of Fairhope. Getting to it is just as nice as being there. It's a pretty drive up and down hilly tree lined streets where duck and geese crossings aren't uncommon. Parking was a little challenging since I wasn't familiar with the area (yet, trust me I came here multiple times on my visit, so I learned quickly) but once I found it, it was a breeze and there are plenty of places to park for free. Once you're inside there so much to see and do, not unlike the New Orleans FQ but on a much smaller and less smelly scale. Cute little shops with clothing, books, restaurants, novelties and art. It's totally worth a visit or twenty and I highly recommend checking it out for yourself. I know I'll be back!

I ordered flowers to go to the hospital but unfortunately the hospital would not allow flowers the room. Dana communicated with me and the hospital multiple times and finally had them delivered to him at his home a distance away once he was home. She ended up having to do the flowers over for several days had passed and when delivered they were the most beautiful arrangement. My friend loved them. She did all of this and stayed within my budget we discussed upon ordering. A most outstanding job was done on the arrangement as well as the communication. I am just sorry she is not in my hometown.

She is responsive, professional, understanding, resourceful, knowledgeable, organized, and somehow extremely calming despite how hectic wedding planning can be! I don't know how she does it all and doesn't show any stress! My wedding was in Fairhope but I was in Tuscaloosa finishing up grad school, recently diagnosed with a chronic illness, which meant planning was much more hands off than I had originally hoped. However, Jenna learned enough about what my husband and I cared about and envisioned for our wedding weekend and she went above and beyond anything we could have come up with. She was an incredible listener and always efficient. Jenna is a true PRO / event planning GENIUS and she will make your wedding dreams come to life within your budget and timeframe!!!! She has an amazing eye to the point that the entire weekend felt cohesive, almost like a romantic story. Jenna knows so many vendors in the area and set us up with incredible photographers, videographers, make up/hair teams, florists, cake designers, and band that made our weekend the most memorable experience of our lives. The Welcome Party, Bridesmaid Brunch, Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding, and Reception all felt like such special chapters we will never forget! My bridesmaid brunch was even held in her event space, overlooking downtown Fairhope with a beautiful balcony. We got so many compliments about her, the other professionals she recommended, and the set up/organization of the beautiful wedding. While our wedding was in Fairhope, I would hire her for a wedding anywhere because I know how resourceful, experienced, and adaptive she is and it is so worth having someone dependable like her during this process! The weekend was relaxed and seamless. If there were issues, I would not have even known, because she stays on top of things, handles issues, and ensures everyone is having the best time they can have. Again, I can't emphasize enough how calming her presence is and how amazing her problem solving skills are. Did I even mention this was during COVID and she was pregnant?? We are so incredibly grateful for her and wish her all the success she so deserves- it will be fun to continue watching her events via social media @jennalaineweddings on insta and we can't wait to see what her future holds!! So apparently, at Christmastime this is what is to be expected if you have Bay Candle refill your…read morecandles. All 3 were brought in at the same time. As we were waiting, the lady in front of us asked if they clean the containers before refilling. She was told an emphatic YES. Well, we didn't get the same customer service. The candles were returned to us with all the black soot still there. The candles are not even filled up at the same level. Tony called today, and was told it is Christmas & they are too busy to pay attention to quality control... so much that the owner said she now has a sign in the door saying so. I am in complete shock that ANY store owner would be ok with an item looking like would leave their store. So yes, as you condescendingly stated, your product did not live up to our expectations! This wasn't our 1st time buying from them.... but it will damn sure be the last.
