The casino definitely caters to an older, senior citizen crowd. They are always different contests and giveaways every day. They also have food stations throughout the day where they give away treats like ice cream and brownies. Definitely sign up for the rewards card so you can be entered into random drawings like hot seat, drawings, and spin the wheel. The cocktail waitresses are pretty good about getting around the casino to give you your free beverages. There is a very good restaurant inside the casino. After inserting my money and beginning to place my bets, an elderly gentleman abruptly approached me and claimed he had credits on the screen I was using. Unfortunately, the situation quickly escalated. He repeatedly poked my back and shoulder while insisting I was in his seat and using credits that belonged to him. The exact amount in question was unclear, as I had been moving from game to game and had not been keeping track. The gentleman continued raising his voice, getting in my face, and placing his hands on me, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. The dealer handled the situation as professionally as possible and immediately contacted security once physical contact was made. I greatly appreciated his efforts to de-escalate the situation and maintain professionalism throughout the incident. When the floor manager arrived, she attempted to resolve the matter and kindly offered compensation in the form of lunch or dinner, which I accepted and appreciated. While the experience itself was upsetting, I am thankful for the dealer's professionalism and for the staff making an effort to address the situation. I was about to file a complaint and possibly call the police. At the end...I still feel like she favored the elderly man because he was Caucasian male and old. This issue could have been resolved if I felt understood & assured I was in the right.

This building was a grocery store providing food to the hungry individuals of "company town." First off, what's "company town!" It was the Basic Magnesium Company that helped fuel the development during World War II. Now just the folds of history . We must remember the past to see the future. What's in a rainbow? Only all our dreams and aspirations. When you see the outside of this building it's truly amazing and inspiring. In fact the mural has deep roots and meaning to the community. This mural is meant to tell a different tale. The artist that painted this mural was Ozzy Villante. In fact this mural he quotes, "wisdom and knowledge are at the end of this rainbow, not a pot of gold." The mural in every bit of its core incorporates the city of Henderson going all the way back to the war effort to symbolize the great American culture of America and all its people and literacy. For if example you cannot understand you cannot ever comprehend. The power of art and color has brought this building to life. Once inside, it was bad! One hour-later when we left, the stench of cigarette smoke was still on our clothing. That was the biggest negative for a non-smoking group of ten like our group. The casino is old but fun with a nice mix of colder and newer slot machines. The machines were DEFINITELY tight as only one person in our group won money and that was a whopping $37.00. The rest of us left the casino having had fun but now we all smelled like cigarettes and with less money in our pockets. The entire staff here were friendly and polite. Parking was avail and free in the casino's private parking lot. I don't know that I would ever visit this casino as this was perhaps my one and only visit to the area but also as a result of the strong cigarette smoke which is a challenge for a non smoker like myself

I called 3 more times, with the final message that they would "email me". I have had no email, no call-back, and no resolution to my unauthorized charges.
