My son used to have terrible experiences at the dentist--crying, scared, etc. But Dr. Rick and his staff are amazing and put him right at ease. They are calm, caring, funny, and patient. The office is clean, the staff is friendly and professional, and they are always happy to answer questions or explain anything. They even managed to do sealants and other work without sedation. I typically get seen within ten minutes of my appointment and the lobby keeps my son entertained. Today there was a bit of av wait but nowadays there's always a waiting time with COVID. So my son is very particular about his teeth being spaced (weird! I know) but the dentist took the time to explain it to him and reassured my 4 year old that he was in track and showed him the X-rays!
