From the moment I entered the store, I was greeted with warmth and conversation. You can tell the owners, Chris and Helen are not greedy people at all and they care about their customers. I will be a forever customer because of their good vibes, affordability, and beautiful variety.

The owner was beautiful and open -energy-wise. She answered questions I had about the significance of black crows, and a few other things. Super knowledgeable and happy to converse. She even provided her background and how her business got started. I perused around the countertop and up and down the shelves, taking everything in. I ended up buying two statues that really resonated with me, and she carefully wrapped them individually, while also packaging the other items I purchased. I signed up for a reading and an additional service that she recommended as an add-on. I will return today for my experience with another lady who I have yet to meet, and she will perform the reading for me. I'd characterize the place with many beautiful things to look at and a great sage collection, with the most potent smelling sage I've ever bought! Openness, good energy, reasons to return! Also it's nestled between three Mexican restaurants, a sushi place and other spots to walk into and look around. I had the sushi. It was soooooo delicious! Happy travels!

If you are looking for anything metaphysical, at a good price ~ this store is the freaking bomb of all psychic stores. It's located street level next to a popular Mexican restaurant along 6th St New West and its packed full of goodies sure to please any metaphysical shopper. The owner is a super friendly, low-pressure but smiling presence behind the counter, and affably encouraged me to look around. I had not been inside before and had no set agenda, but quickly found a few things I needed. They sell nice bags of white sage leaves for only $4.95 each, much cheaper than Reflections in Coquitlam, Banyen books, and all who charge $10+ for these. I commented on how hard it was to find loose sage and this woman said she always stocks it- Yay! I bought 3 bags and she assured me she would be ordering more as usual. There are lots of greeting cards, books, candles, beautiful jewellery ~ a great selection at terrific prices- nicely displayed. A bin of pretty pendants, with amethyst, rose quartz and clear quartz for only $6.95 each caught my eye~ I will buy some of these for Xmas stocking stuffers. Lots of parking out front and inexpensive lots nearby ~ great location - I will definitely be back for the prices, selection and laid back, but super friendly and personable service I got here. Check this place out, it's doubtful you will leave empty-handed and will spend less than anywhere else.

I lucked out with same day appointment spot and I had my friend to chat and reflect afterwards. I suggest calling in advance if you really want a reading. Covid precautions were in place. There was hand sanitizer at the front of the store. Plexiglass at the reading table and the cashier section. Staff wore face masks. Credit payment accepted.

Though I had…read morepassed the shop often during early-morning Mall walks, and admired the window displays, I had never been inside to truly get a 'real' look at the offerings. I changed that recently, and planned a visit when I knew the shop would be open, and I could get inside and see some of offerings in-person. I finally met Nadia, my host for the 'event'. Her much-enjoyed, and appreciated very personal attention and service provided such a friendly, interesting, and rewarding introduction to my first time browsing and shopping there. She removed all items from the window displays that I pointed out as being so admired on my stop-by walks. And placed them on the service counter for me to really see, feel, and "experience". Yeah, I finally got to see them up close and personal, and 'wow', sure liked what I saw., and learned about them. I left pleased, and very happy I had finally been inside Rudolf's Crystal -- my stop and shop truly was a 'visit', and such a delightful experience. I purchased a lovely threesome of small gifts to bring home and enjoy.

We were all touching things but the rest of us, including other customers were never approached. My friend was going to buy her 10 year old some of the jewelry so she was trying to find ring and her daughter was told not to touch them because it drives the sales lady crazy. Her daughter was being respectful in how she was handling things and was with adults. She was sooo rude, so much so that we left. We will not be returning to this store.

Exceptional work at a fair price - here is the story of my Dad's watch…read more I went to see Alexandr about my father's 40 year old watch. It was not working and the crystal had fallen out and was broken. First he ordered and installed the new battery but the old watch still didn't work. So we set a budget for the maintenance and cleaning of the watch along with a new custom crystal. Then we crossed our fingers everything could be done within our budget and that the old watch had some more life in it. Alexandr called to say the watch was working and ready for pick up. What he didn't say over the phone was not only was the watch working but that the whole thing was restored! All the gold had been cleaned and polished (not a scratch anywhere) and with the new crystal the old watch sparkled and looked brand new. I was blown away with the fabulous restoration job he had done and all within our budget. Alexandr had listened and knew how important this watch was to us and he went above and beyond to get that watch to work again.

I found a new addition to the shop since I was there last -- Tejo handcrafted stone decor. With a couple of shelves devoted to displaying a limited selection of their soapstone crafts. Very cool stuff. I looked and admired. Left the shop with two, crochet-crafted tulips, and a ceramic mug. One of the flowers will look just right in a vase purchased at the shop next door. Not sure, at this time, whether I will use the mug for hot beverages, or as a vase, for a grouping of flowers. Time will tell -- at present, just pondering and admiring. I am glad to have devoted this time to returning to Churi. It is a fine shop, with such lovely displays of rather unique crafts and related products. And my purchase will provide memories to "keep in touch".
