i booked a bounce house last week for Thursday and Friday.. when I booked it I told the agent I was…read morehaving a party Thursday evening and needed it by 5 pm and the second party was Friday at 12-4.. so would be done wth the bounce house Friday after 4. The agent said fine and with a discount it would be $399.00. I paid the deposit and they dropped the bounce house Thursday before the party and I paid them the remaining cash payment of $260 and tipped the delivery people $40. the next day (Friday) they arrived as my party was BEGINNING and took the bounce house at noon. i tried correcting them and the driver called the manager who told me if I paid them another $350 cash on the spot I could keep it for the party otherwise they were taking it. I didn't have $350 in cash sooo.. the kids got to see them pack it up and take it away.. they were very disappointed. I asked to speak to the manage's boss and she said no one was available. I asked for them to call me back.. no phne call. i had used them in the past and they were fine but I will never use them again. the girl on the phone seemed to enjoy ruining my daughters party. she offered no helpful solutions.

if I could give a zero star I would this company is horrible after finding mold in the ice…read morecompartment of the snow cone machine and the filthy sugar covered burnt cotton candy machine and the bounce houses emergency exit wouldn't close so it was hanging inside I called to speak with a manager or owner and I'm being told they don't give out the owner or managers names and I won't get to speak to them and an hour later i get a phone call that someone is at my house to check out the machines with no notice to me i check no one to be seen I call back and the women says oh wrong house what number are u at again (they didn't even have my address on file ) so I gave them my address before I can say I word she says oh I see her on porch and hangs up they get on my property i asked for his name he said he wasn't here for that made a show because I said the machines were upstairs and he didn't feel comfortable but I had no idea they were coming ended up having the police at my house removing the equipment Threatening me not to get a refund Instigating people that were on my property in an aggressive manner all around dissatisfied with my rental with day and night party rentals
