AAA finally allowed my mom to clear the hurdles to have a tow truck assigned to pick us up--- but we got very lucky with Jason. Not only did he welcome our two meows along with us as ride alongs, he practically lifted my chubby self in and out of the high-set truck. He was ready and available to meet me at my destination within 30 minutes, I was the one that had to set the appointment for later in the day, we set the appointment for 3 pm. The most on time tow company I have ever worked with, showed up at 3 on the dot! The car was in a garage with a flat tire, he aired the tire up for me and helped push it out the garage! He made sure to take extra care of the driveway, car and all on both pick up and drop off of the car. The entire drive to the destination you could see him continually checking the car to make sure everything was correct and wouldn't damage the car. There was a 15 mile drive to the destination (30 mins) and the whole process took an hour including the drive. He works fast but incredibly safe!! I couldn't recommend this company more!!!!

On Tues, my car would not start after one of my deliveries. I called Fowler Honda and they recommended Blu Sky. I called and they sent a truck. When the driver arrived I told him I thought it was the battery. He responded with "if that's the case this could save you a lot of money". He brought out a, rather beat up looking, charger, hooked it up, and it didn't work. He then loaded up my car and we went to the dealership. He unloaded my car, took my payment of $100 and left. The mechanic came out with the exact same machine, only much newer looking, hooked it up and it started right up. I called and spoke to the manager of Blu Sky the following day and explained the situation. Either the driver incorrectly hooked up the charger or it was a faulty machine. Had it been done correctly with a working charger I could have driven the car myself to the dealership. I would have been happy to pay a jump fee but didn't feel I should pay for the towing. The manager was rather disrespectful telling me how he has to pay the drivers, insurance fees, maintenance, overhead...then said that just a jump alone would have been$85, but because I was indeed towed I had to pay the full $100. I find that very hard to believe that the jump alone was only $15 less. He also admitted that their machines are old, expensive and don't always hold a charge. So admittedly, they will send out drivers with faulty equipment and we the consumers, just have to suck it up and pay the price. Pretty shady, unethical way to run a business!!!!

My last resort was of course a tow truck. I've been told they are sketchy and try to scam you out of money. So hesitant I call, they were super responsive even at midnight, gave me good information on time of arrival and helped calm me down. Once the trucker arrived, he quickly loaded my car onto his truck and kindly let me ride along with him to a dealership an hour away. He was super kind, conversational, and helped distract me from the recent incident. He helped inform me how to move forward with fixing my car, and helped me drop it off with a dealership. Driving me home afterwards. Never once did I question their integrity, and at the end I was home safe knowing my car will make a swift repair the morning after. So grateful for kind companies for people stuck in a ruckus. If you are reading this companies reviews to see if you can trust them, YOU HAVE MY WORD, do it.
