Had some blueprints printed here. Emailed my plans and was asked if I wanted a particular set…read more"printed in color". I say yes. I should have asked what the price difference would be. $7.50 per page! $441+tax! A difference of $367.50!! That's the price difference. You'd think that they would disclose this info when they asked as that is a significant upcharge! (Black and white printed plans are $1.50 per page) The only thing that was in color on these emailed plans was the red stamp on every page that says "job copy". A little bit of red on each page. Sprinkler plan had a little yellow. Out of 49 pages and I was charged $9 per page! I realize that I should have inquired on price but my god, I can't help but feel I was taken advantage of! Will not be giving them my business again. SHADY! Beware! Not to mention, these employees, or owners, whatever they are, have zero personality. Don't even acknowledge you when you walk in the door. They don't even look up. They seem miserable. The man that walked in a minute after me (whom they seemed to know) was greeted before me - the man had to tell them that I was there first, but they knew that.
