Has to order parts. This whole process was going to take close to a month. So I have a brand new chair I won't be able to use for over a month. I asked the customer service rep if they could just replace the chair. They agreed and will bringing a new chair next week. Still very disappointing that there were problems with a brand new chair, but relieved they agreed to a new chair so I don't have to wait so long.

Even though their delivery came 2+ weeks to a more than a months later than their salesman assured me that it would If I paid up front and in full, then it arrived full of dirt and dust so bad that it slipped out of the hands of their delivery men so they dropped it and pulled the plastic cover off of it and dumped the dirt all over an almost $4,000 couch. All that they offered was coupons to buy more of their furniture or to refund HALF of what I paid. PLEASE AVOID FROM THEM AT ALL COST!

One reclining seat is broken in a bunch of different ways - the seat's collapsing under me, the pull-string snapped, the mechanism was grinding like crazy when I could pull it out, there's shredded cushioning everywhere 2. Another reclining seat is constantly getting stuck, and a rogue staple inside the upholstery keeps shredding my hand when I try digging in the cushions 3. A non-reclining seat had its back snap totally off - it was held on with about a hundred haphazardly placed staples on cheap particle board, I don't think I've seen a single nail or screw anywhere on this frame I called once recently to get at least the back fixed. They said it's out of warranty, but helpfully gave a number for furniture repair company they work with - who told me they don't service our area anymore. If you buy from here, don't have them install it. Don't get me wrong, they did a great job installing it for us - but if I installed it myself, at least I could sit on the box it came in now that it's collapsing under me

Also I have seen pda inside the store, I've had to wait at the register to then see these same employees come from the back together after some time has passed. The store manager has been rude on more than one occasion to myself and others, she will also use her personal cell phone while waiting on customers.
