My grandparents recently had a new hall and stairs carpet and we went to three or four carpet shops in Nuneaton and this store offered the best service and at a very competitive price. The carpet fitter that came out to the house was absolutely amazing. Completely professional and so fast! He was so experienced that he didn't event need to use a measuring tape, he could estimate the cuts and was perfect every time. A fantastic job done!

Staff in shop extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Sub floor had to be laid and they were so accommodating with laying the sub floor and fitting the tiles and fitted in perfectly with our kitchen fitters. The gentleman who did all the work laying the sub floor and the tiles did a fantastic job and our kitchen fitters have said it is the best sub floor they have ever seen as it is so smooth and level. Finished floor looks fabulous and we are so pleased. Luxury vinyl tiles are expensive but well worth the extra cost and am sure this will last for many years. Highly recommended.

Then starts ringing up my items - 4 large bath towels and 6 wash cloths - I hand her a big carrier bag to put them in. I wanted to see the prices to make sure that they were discounted properly. What am I thinking? - that I am a customer maybe?? But only the sullen woman can see the prices and so I must insist that she turns her screen around so that I can check. I pay, then I hear "You OK?"
