The small nature of the project was not a deterrent for Franco. He responded quickly to our initial inquiry and within a day or two we were discussing design options for our project. We had a very tight deadline - and when parts did not arrive on time - Franco went the extra mile (literally) and drove to Miami to pick up the materials required to complete the job by the deadline date. We would highly recommend Franco Residential Services.
