I arranged my airport transportation via email with such ease. They had everything confirmed within a day for all my requests. The room is super comfortable and beautiful! It's simple, but elegant. They have TVs in every room but no local phone line - but you don't really need it cause they have free WiFi everywhere in the hotel. The location is great! Easy area to grab a cab from the main road, awesome eating choices in the area from breakfast to dinner, and it's tucked away from the main street so you don't have the street noise. When I arrived, they took my passport, made a copy and gave me my room key, and gave me the wifi. I was on the second floor, and I took the elevator up, but I learned quickly just to take the stairs. First, let me explain the lobby first. You go in, the lobby is beautiful and well lighted with a bar and a dining area for their continental breakfast. Back to my room. There was a queen sized bed, a decent sized bathroom with a stand-up shower with beautiful hot water. Ahhhhhhh, such a strong and hot shower. I could have stayed in there forever. The room had the bed, a couch, a desk and a TV. I spent most of my room time on WiFi, though. The channels were mostly Spanish, which I loved, but they had a great selection of English channels The bed left a little to be desired. It wasn't super comfy, and after I got the room chilled and covered myself with my blanket, I needed a fluffier blanket. I slept well though cause at the end of the day, it's night. We loved the huge king-size bed and slept really well. The shower was large and easy to use. The restaurant and coffee shop downstairs were great too. Breakfast was inexpensive and tasty. The omelettes, fresh orange juice, coffee and fruit cups were outstanding. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk clerk cheerfully helped us resolve airport transportation issues. We were also allowed to stay in our room till 6PM on our last day for a $25 fee, even though check-out was ar 12PM. Housekeeping, bartender and wait staff were all friendly and cheerful. We will definintely be back. I highly recommend this hotel.

(Casanova) Arriving and checking into the hotel was effortless. Staff was really friendly! The ROOMS*** were updated and had all the amenities that I wanted. We had two balconies in our suite. Room service always came and cleaned!! Good soaps for body and face. They were in the shower and mounted on the wall. The soap was not the typical dry hotel soap you expect at a regular hotel. The OUTSIDE BAR, POOLS AND BEACHES*** was just magnificent!!! The pool area was very luxurious! Felt like I was at an elite resort. The bar had good drinks and the bartender understood English pretty well!! Their access to the beach had a nice set up. They had cabanas, chairs and huts. There was always plenty- never had to wait for someone to get up or anything. This hotel is in the perfect location of everything!!!! Side Note- To set up a shuttle to and from the airport, go to the hotel's website and select 'Contact Us' and tell them you need a shuttle and they will reply to you within 24hrs asking about your arrival time and further instructions. So, the first day I was here I ordered chicken tenders and fries(because Im a toddler) because I didn't want to leave for food. After eating it I was a little queasy and threw up a bit and thought nothing of it. Especially since the food was cold when it arrived. Next, I ordered a plate of pineapple and an hour later I was projectile vomiting in the bathroom I almost didn't make it. However, my body was trying to get rid of those toxins so quick that I threw up so hard so many times my ribs on my left side were bruised. I mean to the point where laying down was the only thing that barely helped the pain. I had Ibuprofen delivered to my room which I know is harsh on the stomach but I needed pain relief. I had to have the people in the airport help me. I should have gone to the ER when I came back home but I didn't. I'm still sore. I know it's sick........... but I would come back here again because I love the room, the pool, the view, the staff, the vibe, and the price! I will wait a few months but besides almost offing me with the room service I loved every other aspect! Not too many kids either. It was a bit loud at times when people came back from partying. Our previous hotel left a lot to be desired, so this was a very welcome change. From the entrance way I was impressed with the decor walking through the garden and pool area I was in awe of how beautiful everything was. The room was immaculately clean, and while it was a standard room it was very nice and spacious and the marble flooring was such a nice touch. The shower was huge !!! We got in late so I assumed finding food would be a struggle , wrong again they offered 3 dining options late night as well as room service!!! The restaurant we found had amazing drinks and the food was so fresh and good ugh ! The restaurant was Cafe Urbano . The next morning we woke up and we were able to have a delicious breakfast with plenty of options including fresh fruit and let me tell you that in room coffee is also amazing! I went for a work conference so the price was WAY less than if I had booked this trip myself.  This…read morewas my first time in Mexico.   Room: Think a really large hotel with restaurants.  The room was really nice and included a balcony overlooking one of the pool areas and ocean.  While the chairs weren't the most comfortable, it was nice to work there with such a great view.  The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby.  The bathroom area is interesting, there is a glass wall that can be seen through from the room.  While I was alone, I don't think I'd like to have one of the kids there.  The shower room and toilet stall had independent doors, so there is privacy, but still.  I'm sure it would work.   Staff: The staff were super friendly and helpful.  Just about everyone said hello and/or good day in the halls, outside, well pretty much everywhere.  In the buffet, if you don't tip you will be waiting a looooong time for drinks, even water or soda.  There are tipping boxes pretty much everywhere, but nobody pressured or forced tipping.  Tipping did improve service, the bartenders seemed to remembered who tipped, even just a $1 or 2.  I don't really drink alcohol, but my travel pals did so that is my observation from my Coke - Light aka Diet Coke.  My room was perfect every day so the cleaning staff were obviously just great. Food:  We ate mostly at the buffet, but you can go to the 'sit down' restaurants for breakfast and lunch too.  I actually preferred the buffet for breakfast vs breakfast at Maxal.  Dinner at Maxal was really good, but didn't set well with me.  Our waiter was very attentive.  The salad was excellent and I really loved the tacos.  I didn't care for the lamb, it was a bit too dry.  We couldn't get into Auma, it was booked past the time we were there.  We did get into La Luce and that was by far my favorite restaurant.  Our server, Jeho Tome, was the best server we had on the property.  We didn't tip him until after the meal, he was very attentive, regularly checked on us, offered recommendations, and made sure everything was a great experience.  I'd put him up against the best servers anywhere I've been, he was that great!   The food at La Luce was by far my favorite, the salmon and Mediterranean pizza was a huge hit.  Between the 3 of us eating that night we ordered all of the appetizers and they were all great.   Pool:  Tip, there are a couple of coolers by the bar with various canned beers and bottled water.  The pool towels run out later in the day, but you can grab some from the locker room in the main hallway.  The fellas are 100% sure that alcohol is watered down at all of the bars.  Both pool areas have different vibes so if you don't like kids go to the more adult pool area.  The pool parties were fun.  There is dining around the pool areas at many of the restaurants, it was great to eat outside, even when it was a bit hot.  The beach area was short and there are some small sharpish rocks when you first enter the water.  Everything was regularly cleaned so the whole area was nice all day long. Extras:  They have a 'shore excursion' kind of place.  We booked one to Chichén Itzá, a cenote, a lunch stop, and a village with a church built from pyramid bricks.  Lunch was okay, nothing to write home about and the drinks were super expensive.  Bottled water was $4 US, and a Diet Coke was $5, but a coconut/alcohol drink was $14.  All of the things to buy at this 'village' (really an old resort) were overpriced compared to those at Chichén Itzá.  Customs didn't ask for my receipt for the stone statue I purchased.  Our tour guides Orlando and Alfredo were really nice and seemed to know a lot about the history of the area, but be prepared for the timeshare sell experience.  They tried to sell a ton of stuff along the trip.  All of the local stores don't take Discover so make sure you have cash and a Visa/Mastercard.  Some of the vendors at Chichén Itzá took Apple Pay/Google Pay.  I wish I had brought more cash.

Tip: 1) If you want to have a chair(s) at the pool, I STRONGLY recommend that you get to the pool around 6:45am. Bring items to place on a chair with the towels provided. This will reserve your spot and allow you and the family to go get breakfast or sleep in. If you don't this and wait until 9:30am, it's a 100% you won't find a chair in site. Reserving chairs is an option, but it wasn't easy to do. 2) Speaking of the pool, there is only two food places that's close to the pool. Make sure you get in line early because it's one person at each station making pizza, tacos, and burgers. 3) There is another Hilton All Inclusive in Cancun. If you get transportation from the airport, make sure you give them the address and not just the hotel lane.
