I did not consult any website as I was giving the number by a neighbour. When I went to pick up my dog the cost of the grooming had increased from €85 to €140. I was giving no indication or phone call to say the fee had increased. This was absolute robbery as I wasn't even given any choice whether to go ahead and agree to the extra costs. This is not how you should run a business. Disgraceful

This apparent"professional animal caregiver" has just cancelled…read moremy booking 4 days out from our wedding because I queried if we could pick our rabbit up a day earlier than planned and asked would it be possible to arrange a time outside of the one hour slot a day that she offers for collections - I wasn't asking for any reduction in cost and I would have worked to a time that suited her but instead she decides to leave us high and dry and cancel our booking. I'm extremely glad I haven't left my rabbit in her care.
