This is my worst experience renting from an individual (Brad C) I have ever had the displeasure experiencing. When I left the building (in very clean condition) I was told I would not receive my deposit because he could not fill the room (a chewed cord in a movable wall that takes less then 10 minutes to splice.) WAS ALWAYS LOOKING TO ROB ME OF MORE MONEY. Years later he is still robbing individuals he calls tenants and is a good ol' little boi in Mitchell, SD according to a call I received. This place is one of a kind, and wonderful place to live! The atmosphere and building itself is very authentic and they did a wonderful job of remodeling but keeping it the same atmosphere. Although I didn't live here very long, they were very helpful with dealing with maintenance. Highly recommended! read more
