When I left the building (in very clean condition) I was told I would not receive my deposit because he could not fill the room (a chewed cord in a movable wall that takes less then 10 minutes to splice.) WAS ALWAYS LOOKING TO ROB ME OF MORE MONEY. Years later he is still robbing individuals he calls tenants and is a good ol' little boi in Mitchell, SD according to a call I received. If you are being robbed by Brad please reach out to me and I will share my knowledge. If you are looking for a place DO NOT RENT from this thief.

Although I didn't live here very long, they were very helpful with dealing with maintenance. Highly recommended!
